Recent Sales
As we were taking down pictures of “sold” animals from the “Current Availability” page, it occurred to us that we should include a gallery of sheep we have recently sold. We hope this array of our rams and ewes will give you a better idea of the different “looks” of our sheep as you think about whether to start raising Soay sheep or to expand your existing flock. As always, when we help you put together specific animals for your flock, the first priority will be genetic diversity. The good news is that because we have such a large flock, we often can put together genetically rich starter flocks with varying fleece colors and horn appearances. You'll note that many of the ewe pictures are of small lambs. That's because we ordinarily do not sell adult ewes so we don't have pictures of all the ewe lambs after they grew up elsewhere.
